Client Navigator

Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services advises the public that Client Navigation Services within the Central Zone have now transitioned to the health authority’s Patient Relations Office (formerly named Client Relations Office).

The Patient Relations Office serves as an access point for patient questions and concerns. It can also assist patients, families and caregivers who need help navigating the health-care system, including connecting individuals to the right resources and providing information that best meets their health-care needs.

NL Health Services advises that client navigation inquiries can be directed to the Patient Relations Office by

calling: 1-888-799-2272 or emailing: clientrelations@centralhealth.nl.ca.
