Notifications to public and employees regarding breach of privacy on Central Health website

Central Health is advising the public that recent notifications regarding breach of privacy and information are available to view on our website.

These following notifications are available on the Personal Health Information Act page under the Privacy Breach heading:

• Public notification of privacy breach of personal health information

• Notification of privacy breach of employees’ personal information

Once again, we deeply regret that this has happened and would like to apologize for this incident and provide assurance of our continued commitment to the protection of your privacy.
